Abstract

According to financesonline.com, business dissatisfaction with project management has been decreasing year-after-year up to 56% in 2018.[1] The main goal of our EZTask program is to allow our users to break down projects and goals into simple, manageable, steps so they can more easily accomplish big things. EZTask is a .NET web application designed to aid users of all ages and situations in accomplishing their daily home and work tasks. The EZTask program is flexible enough to be used in a range of different environments, including the workplace. Our program can make life easier for a project manager by helping to organize the workloads of his/her employees and potentially boost their productivity. It also works well for groups of students working together on a project, or a single user trying to organize a personal project. EZTask breaks down big, potentially overwhelming projects into smaller, easier tasks.
