Abstract

According to a 2017 CNET article, many consumers can save upwards of $120 annually by purchasing their router rather than renting one from their Internet Service Provider (ISP). ISP4ME is a web application that was designed to be an all-in-one solution for consumers that allows them to effortlessly make this transition, regardless of their technical background. Using a concise and intuitive user evaluation, ISP4ME determines the most suitable broadband speed for the user's specific situation. It then recommends a router that is optimal for the user's specific network needs. In addition to the broadband speed and router recommendation, ISP4ME also provides users with links to guides and videos that will allow them to quickly implement the best network security configurations on the recommended router. It also offers a built-in broadband speed test and the ability to submit questions regarding configuration, feature requests, and feedback. ISP4ME is here for you.
