Abstract

Project DNA (Dementia Navigation Assistant) is the next step in the advancement of provided care for dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Through the application, patients can keep track of their day through the MyDay portal, where they can see when their next medication is to be administered, a schedule of the day’s events, and access to voice chats with their caregivers or families. After the patient is given their medication, they simply press a button, and both family and caregiver are notified, allowing peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are being cared for. Project DNA is also equipped with secure database encryption, ensuring that all personal data is kept safe, away from unwanted eyes.
