Abstract

ReHomer is a mobile application designed to connect pet owners that can no longer take care of their pets with the perfect new owner to take that responsibility from them. ReHomer makes it easy for pet owners of all kinds to find someone who is able to adopt their pet. It is also the perfect place for people that are looking to adopt a pet to fulfill that desire while helping out someone in need.
