Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic demands educational methods fostering adaptability, collaboration, and lifelong learning. This study explores the potential of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to address these needs and enhance student learning in the post-pandemic era. A multivocal review of 20 peer-reviewed articles reveals that Agile approaches can cultivate key competencies – adaptability, collaboration, and empowerment – while improving academic performance and satisfaction. Integrating Agile principles into educational practices holds promise for bolstering student success in a dynamic world. However, future research is needed to address implementation challenges and develop suitable learning tools compatible with Agile methodologies across diverse contexts and disciplines.
