Abstract

From our findings and research, we discovered that book clubs witnessed dwindling participation amidst the rise of technology for entertainment. The Book Club Network introduced and built a digital platform, with the aim to revitalize and streamline book club interactions. The Book Club Network website allows users to complete their book clubs online without dealing with the stress of organizing physical book club meetings but also allows for in- person meetings. Users can effortlessly create or join clubs, engage in book discussions and community interactions. The website allows users to create their own clubs or join other clubs that are already created. After joining a club, they can discuss with the members a book to read, or even join a club already reading a book. This is aimed at improving user’s book club experience from wherever they are in the world.
