Abstract

Phishing is a common type of cybercrime that puts people, businesses, and online security at serious risk. Phishing is the dishonest activity of tricking someone into disclosing private information, like login passwords and financial information, frequently by using phony emails, websites, or texts. Attackers trick victims into seeing their demands as legitimate by employing a variety of psychological strategies. In response to the escalating threat, for the project our group is creating is a comprehensive, user-centric application for cybersecurity education that addresses the need for cybersecurity awareness, knowledge, and skills among individuals withing their own organizations. The application our group will be creating will be a useful tool for spreading awareness of cybersecurity best practices, encouraging responsible online conduct and allowing users to protect themselves and their digital assets from online threats.
