Abstract

CrisisConnect was developed to enhance IT outage management by providing real-time tracking and transparency for both IT teams and end users. The platform monitors the uptime of servers and services on a network, offering instant visibility through a customizable dashboard. Unlike traditional tools, CrisisConnect allows non-technical users to quickly identify outages, reducing unnecessary support tickets and improving communication. The system features a monitoring agent deployed on servers, which collects uptime and resource usage data, ensuring IT teams can proactively manage incidents. Additionally, automated and manual notifications keep stakeholders informed, while built-in reporting tools help organizations track trends and optimize system reliability. Built with ReactJS, Node.js, and a C#/.NET monitoring agent, CrisisConnect is an intuitive and scalable solution for businesses aiming to minimize downtime and maintain seamless operations. The platform successfully bridges the gap between IT teams and end users, fostering efficiency and informed decision-making.
