Abstract

Intruder was developed as an interactive cybersecurity educational game designed to enhance user awareness and skills. The project provided an engaging platform where players experienced real-world cyber threats such as phishing, social engineering, and tailgating. Through role-based gameplay, users navigated both offensive and defensive security scenarios, improving their ability to identify and mitigate risks. The game incorporated challenges, badges, and interactive simulations to reinforce learning. By blending education with entertainment, Intruder successfully increased engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application of cybersecurity principles. The project demonstrated the effectiveness of gamified learning in cybersecurity training, making it accessible to users of varying technical backgrounds.
