Abstract

RelateMate is an innovative Client Relations Management System (CRMS) designed to enhance client interactions and streamline project management across various industries. Developed in response to the needs of the UC Center for Health Informatics, the system addresses challenges associated with outdated infrastructure and limited development resources. RelateMate focuses on three primary areas: request management, identity management, and project management, empowering users to efficiently submit and monitor requests, manage secure access, and gain insights into project statuses. This approach not only mitigates risks but also enhances the overall effectiveness of client relations and project oversight for the UC Center for Health Informatics.
