Many small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) depend on their size for protection against cybersecurity threats, often due to limited budgets that prevent investment into dedicated solutions. This method of protection is, however, inadequate. As a result, SMBs have become a prime target for cyber-attacks. Using Check-the-List, a cybersecurity hardening platform designed to help SMBs secure their digital infrastructure, businesses gain access to awareness modules and built-in vulnerability scanners, enabling them to identify and mitigate potential security threats. The platform utilizes a plug-and-play web solution alongside simplified command-line and PowerShell-based vulnerability scanners to identify and generate reports on vulnerabilities across the unique security requirements of various industries and data types. By streamlining NIST cybersecurity best practices, The Check-the-List platform empowers businesses to strengthen their defenses, educate users, and build a strong security stance at a more cost-effective price in an increasingly digital world.
