Abstract

Today, business networks are vulnerable as ever to the evolving threat landscape. Everyday seems to bring news of a security breach be it internal, external, or most recently, supply chain attacks. Without any sign of slowing on the horizon, it is more important than ever to efficiently adapt to change especially when considering firewall change management. While there are several firewall management tools on the market, most only provide a limited array of functions with little-to-no workflow customizability and error checking capabilities. To address these burdens, our team has created NetSec, an all-in-one firewall change management tool that eases the burdens of rule consolidation and allows for creation of custom workflows as well as integration with common ticketing tools.
