Abstract

Cinderella’s Closet: Dresses into Dreams aims to solve many problems the nonprofit Cinderella’s Closet has struggled with in the past by streamlining the event tracking process. It accomplishes this by placing inventory data and registration data into a single source and replacing complicated excel spreadsheets, while also storing more data. It allows one-click reporting on current and outgoing inventory trends to let the organization know what donations will be necessary for the future. It also strives to be user-customizable and only involves developer intervention when new features are needed. Cinderella’s Closet: Dresses into Dreams Scheduling allows for an all-in-one solution so that Cinderella’s Closet can focus less on the logistics of scheduling appointments and tracking inventory and focus more on pursuing the mission of the organization: “Turning Dresses into Dreams”
