Event organizers are responsible for planning a fun and safe event. Planning an event involves many details such as venue, crowd size, date & time. More the number of event factors, more are the chances of something going wrong in the most unpredictable ways. Organizers must consider all the general demographics of those attending the event. Authorities like university departments often have their own set of policies for event planning and incident response. After initial event planning organizers are responsible for identifying all the possible hazards that could occur and have a comprehensive safety plan. ProtoCheck is a resource for event organizers that allows them to describe the event being planned through factors affecting the event, the application automatically applies all the relevant policies and generates a checklist of tasks for the organizers. These tasks can include requesting permits, security scans, monitoring weather or reporting to an authority.
