Abstract

The global smart mirror market is projected to reach $4,118.9 million by 2025, registering a CAGR (Compound Annual growth rate) of 11.5% from 2018 to 2025. We created a “smart” mirror that allows a person to efficiently do everything they need to do to prepare for the day while also viewing the news, weather, and other information. What makes a smart mirror “smart” is the ability to display any information you want on it. While providing a calendar, weather, date and time, or mapping software we are able to offer the user a convenient solution. The combination of hand motion, facial recognition, simple UI, calendar, and weather modules substantially increase the freedom and organization users have when interacting with this technology. This device allows users to experience a hands-free environment. Being able to take in all of this useful information without interrupting your normal routine is very liberating.
